Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) for local orders and USD for international orders.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.

Products

• All our Ceylon Tea and Spices are 100% natural and authentic. Color and aroma may slightly vary as it is a natural product.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Packaging may vary.

Payment

• We accept Bank Transfer, Card Payments, and Cash on Delivery (for selected areas).
• International orders must be prepaid.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times mentioned are estimates. Delays due to courier or weather conditions are not our responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of food products (Tea & Spices), we do not accept returns once the seal is broken. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please inform us within 24 hours with photos. We will replace it or refund.
